Industrial scheme to go on-site

Construction jobs “career of the month”

Construction has been chosen as “career of the month” at MidKent College, where subjects such as painting and decorating, plumbing and electrical installation will be promoted.

Norse expansion

Medway Norse, the facilities management services provider and a joint venture between Medway Council and Norse Commercial Services, has created 65 full-time and 33 part-time jobs since it was established in summer 2013, Medway1 can reveal.

Final catch at The Fishing Village

Work will begin on building the last homes at The Fishing Village development on St Mary’s Island in Chatham this summer, 20 years after a planning application for the initial masterplan was submitted.
