This new phase of homes, comprising 100 'Manhattan' suites and one, two and three-bedroom apartments, marks the last opportunity to buy at the waterfront scheme, which forms part of the ‘Medway Renaissance’ regeneration programme.

Buyers can enjoy far-reaching views over landscaped lawns and the waters of the Medway, just 20 minutes’ walk from Gillingham Railway Station, where trains to central London take around 43 minutes.

Eurostar services run to Brussels and Paris from Ebbsfleet, which is around 25 minutes away by road; Gatwick Airport is under an hour away too.

A children's nursery is also planned for the development, as well as a private wifi lounge and gym. There are bars and restaurants at the site, also with places to eat, drink and shop at nearby Chatham Maritime Marina.

Berkeley (west London) sales and marketing director, Martina Collins:"Victory Pier is proving extremely popular with young professionals, downsizers and families alike.

"The homes here really appeal to those priced out of London and popular commuter towns in the surrounding home counties – they offer a more affordable opportunity to get on the ladder without compromising on lifestyle."
