A new angle on London Medway Commercial Park

A development at a Medway business park offering almost 25,000sq m of warehouse and office space has been completed.

Angle 265°, developed by Anglesea Logistic Partnership and Goodman at London Medway Commercial Park, represents a £20 million investment in the site. It has been built to a grade A specification with a BREEAM rating of ‘very good’.

The scheme features 22,993sq m of warehouse, 1,742sq m of office space over three storeys, and a 30sq m gatehouse.

The unit is 15m high and has a service yard spanning 50m, seven level access loading doors and 24 dock levellers. The site includes 236 car parking spaces.

Located six miles from the M2, London Medway Commercial Park offers 185,800sq m of industrial, distribution and warehouse space in multiple units on a 45-ha site.
