Towers on The Peninsula

Building work has begun on two residential towers at Berkeley Homes’ development at Victory Pier on the River Medway.
The Peninsula will see 77 apartments built in the west tower and 64 in the east, all of which are scheduled for completion in summer 2016. Each property features a balcony or terrace.
Remediation work was undertaken at the brownfield site, which included raising land to strengthen flood defences.
Berkeley Homes said 226 jobs will be created in the locality through the regeneration project. A private residents' gym, Wi-Fi lounge, park, an art gallery on a boat, hotel, bars, restaurants and grocery shops are all located adjacent to the development.
The Peninsula is located 40 minutes away from central London.
