Residents have moved into properties at mhs homes' Celandine Court development in Walderslade, Medway.
The project, completed in March 2014, contains 13 two-bedroom apartments, forming part of the developer’s plans to provide 260 homes in the Medway area by the end of March 2015.
Celandine Court was built on the site of the former Woodsman pub by Jenner Contractors.
Emma Riddington, head of development at mhs homes, said: “This scheme was a great opportunity to provide affordable housing for local people.
“It complements another of our new build schemes on Yarrow Road, which was built in 2011, and demonstrates how disused land can be used effectively to meet housing need in the area.”
