First chance to see new Horsted Park phase

Thu 16 May 2013, 11:26 am

Developer Countryside Properties is offering potential homebuyers their first chance to see Horsted Park’s new four-bedroom houses this weekend.

It said that four of the 337-home Chatham development’s larger family homes - which are still under construction - would be viewable for the first time.

Managing director Tony Travers said the 18-19 May event was dubbed a “dusty-shoe weekend” because of ongoing work on the buildings.

“This is the first time potential buyers will be able to walk around these four bedroom homes at Horsted Park and really get a feel for the size and shape of the properties,” he said.

"Each property is uniquely designed which means there will be something to cater for a wide range of tastes and lifestyles and with Help to Buy they are truly affordable.”

Earlier this year, Horsted Park was named “housing project of the year” in the Building Awards 2013.
