Hyde set to go onsite at Riverside

Housebuilder The Hyde Group is preparing the first phase of a 40-unit Extra Care Sheltered Housing scheme at Rochester Riverside. Work is expected to start onsite next year.
Updating Medway1 magazine on progress at its developments, Hyde said work is also set to start onsite with 17 new apartments and houses for affordable and intermediate rent at Taylor Wimpey Developments' Christmas Street scheme.
Hyde Group has delivered over 250 new affordable homes in Medway over the last 15 years and expects to complete another 100 by 2012. The company is also working on a number of Section 106 schemes in the region.
